1. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violations of our policies.

2. Custom Products

Many of our products are handmade and may include custom options such as:

Wax type
Fragrance
Color
Custom cards

Because each item is handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, appearance, and scent are normal and should not be considered defects.

3. Custom Card & Label Policy

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any images, logos, or text submitted for customization.

We do not accept content that includes:

Explicit or pornographic material
Nudity
Hate speech or discrimination
Harassment or threats
Illegal content
Copyrighted material without permission
Anything we determine to be offensive or inappropriate

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any custom order that violates these guidelines.

4. Candle Safety

Candles should always be used responsibly.

Customers agree to:

Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Keep candles away from children and pets.
Burn candles on a heat-resistant surface.
Keep candles away from flammable materials.
Follow all included safety instructions.

Nocturnal Light is not responsible for damages resulting from improper candle use.

5. Wax Melts

Wax melts are designed for use only in approved wax warmers.

Do not:

Burn directly with an open flame.
Overfill your warmer.
Leave a warmer unattended.

Some wax melts may need to be broken into smaller pieces before use to prevent overflowing wax.

6. Shipping

Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume and customizations.

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or we made an error with your order.

If your order arrives damaged:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Approved claims may receive a replacement or refund at our discretion.

8. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production begins.

Once production has started on a custom order, cancellations may not be possible.

9. Product Variations

Because our products are handmade:

Colors may vary.
Wax patterns may vary.
Crystal textures may differ.
Air bubbles and minor imperfections are normal.

These characteristics make each product unique.

10. Allergies & Fragrances

Our products contain fragrance oils and/or essential oils.

Customers with allergies or sensitivities should review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Nocturnal Light is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nocturnal Light shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.

12. Intellectual Property

All product photos, logos, designs, descriptions, and website content are the property of Nocturnal Light and may not be copied or used without written permission.

13. Privacy

Customer information is used only for processing orders, providing customer service, and improving our services. We do not sell your personal information.
